Conditions of Carriage

1. Clients are not permitted to smoke in any of our cars, at any time.

2. There will be an additional charge made for any damage to the car. This will be based on the cost of repair from an independent source.

3. A charge will be made of £100 to off set valeting costs if the car is left soiled.

4. At the end of the booking you will be delivered to the address requested at the time of booking, any additional drops may be charged at £10 per drop.

5. The cost of the vehicle hire is guaranteed providing that the payment schedule for the hire is adhered to and the original structure of the hire is not altered.

6. On your return trip, at the time stated for your pick up, your chauffeur will wait 30 minutes after the agreed time. If no contact is made, he/she may leave.

7. Any abuse on your chauffeur will not be tolerated and it is at the chauffeur's discretion to abort any booking if he/she feels threatened or abused. In the case of the aforementioned, no refund of compensation
will be given.

8. No alcohol is to be brought into the car unless prior agreement has been given.

9. This car has been booked for a maximum of 4 people only. Any additional persons attempting to travel will render this contract invalid.

10. Should you wish to cancel your booking the following charges will apply. Notice period of over 24hrs there will be no charge. If less than 24hrs but more than 12hrs a 25% charge, less than 12hrs but more than 2hrs a 50% charge will be made. If less than 2hrs notice a full charge will be made. You must obtain Cancellation Reference Number (CRN) by calling or writing to us, prior to the commencement time of the booked journey.

11. Whilst we endeavor to be punctual, in the event of your chauffeur being late for reasons beyond their control, you will have a mobile contact number for your chauffeur who will advise you of their estimated time of arrival. Depending on the severity, you will be compensated. However, a total automatic refund will not be given. In this event, do not make alternative travel arrangement without prior agreement with your chauffeur.

12.You must seek our written permission to carry pets with you in our vehicles.

13.Illegal material the carrying or use of unregistered weapons, or any illegal drugs in our cars is totally forbidden. You must inform us about any registered weapon you wish to carry with you at the time of booking.

14. Guide dogs are allowed, but you must inform us at the time of booking.

15.Waiting Time, the first 10 minutes of waiting time are automatically included in our charges, thereafter we charge waiting time by 15 minutes increments at the rate published in our Tariff. Note that Airport Transfers include a 30-minute time allowance already, then charged at the standard 15minute increments.

16. Use of Vehicles, MS Executive Chauffeurs make every effort to supply one of our own top quality vehicles. However, should such a vehicle be not available, we reserve the right to provide a similar alternative vehicle - this hire shall be known as sub-contract.

17. We do not accept responsibilities for Delays caused by adverse weather conditions, any theft or damage to properties of the signatory of the contract or any other person traveling within the contract, except where such theft or damage is caused by a direct action of MS Executive Chauffeurs employees, or any delays caused by strike action. Acts of god or conflict or war or Force Majeure.

18. If any of the above fore mentioned terms and conditions are broken, it is at the chauffeur’s discretion to cancel any job undertaken with no refund given.

No job will be undertaken without consent from you to the above terms and conditions by written communication. We will then confirm your arrangements with you and issue of written confirmation and a
receipt.

These Conditions of Hire do not affect the customer's statutory rights.
